On the eve of the Queen’s 90th birthday on Thursday, the next but one king – Prince William – has been speaking to the BBC about his grandmother, his interpretation of “royal duty” and recent criticisms that he is a somewhat “reluctant royal”.
The prince also told the BBC’s Royal Correspondent Nicholas Witchell about his own ambitions for the monarchy when he finally succeeds to the throne.

On the other hand, William clearly didn’t enjoy this interview! Not to say he enjoys them in general, but this interviewer in particular is being too pushy & trying to dig! William explains himself extremely well & this guy seems like he’s trying to find every possible way to see how he can get William to say that he’s not interested in being King.
Like dude, leave him alone! His grandparents arent even dead yet, with how the genes run, his dad will probably be running the country for 15-20 years, which means William won’t end up on the throne until his 50’s. He’s what, mid 30’s now?
I think both Harry & William have both said no one in the royal family wants to rule.
