Police have confirmed the body recovered from the wreckage of a plane has been formally identified as Cardiff City footballer Emiliano Sala.
The 28-year-old was travelling on a plane that went missing over the English Channel on 21 January.
The body was recovered after the wreckage was found off Guernsey.
Cardiff City have offered their heartfelt sympathies to the footballer’s family.
