A video has emerged showing the shocking moment Conor McGregor appears to punch an elderly man in a Dublin pub.

The incident allegedly happened at the Marble Arch pub in Drimnagh on April 6.

In the video obtained by TMZ, McGregor can be seen clearly hitting an elderly punter with his left hand.

The clip appears to show the MMA star pouring his Proper 12 whiskey into a number of glasses at the bar.

When he places a glass in front of the alleged victim, the man appears to refuse it and places it away from him.

McGregor then places a second glass in front of the man and he again puts it away from him.

The former two-weight UFC champion then appears to say something to the man before apparently striking him some three minutes later after raising a toast to the pub.

McGregor is then escorted out of the pub by a number of people, while the woman behind the bar puts her hands to her face apparently in a look of shock.

A source at the time said that before the alleged incident, someone approached McGregor, saying: “The Russian battered you.”

This was a jibe over Khabib Nurmagomedov, the Russian fighter who beat McGregor in a fight for the UFC lightweight title last October.

The Notorious had been out partying after attending an amateur fight night in the nearby Green Isle Hotel in Clondalkin, Dublin, the night before.

Jose Aldo and Conor McGregor

It comes as Michael Bisping has urged Conor McGregor to fight Jose Aldo in a rematch.

The Notorious defeated the Brazilian for the featherweight belt in 2015 and Bisping believes fans would like to see them fight again.

McGregor has been linked with a third bout against Nate Diaz, who makes his UFC return this weekend, but ‘The Count’ would prefer to see him take on Aldo.

Bisping said on his Believe You Me podcast: “That’s the fight to make [McGregor vs. Aldo II], if I’m honest.

“Conor’s gotta get back in the winning circle. If he fights Khabib, more than likely that’s not gonna happen. Could he catch him with a good shot and rock him and follow it up? Yeah, of course he could.

“But more than likely Khabib’s gonna take his best shot, he’s gonna take him down and we’re gonna have a replay of what happened last time.

“Aldo and McGregor, the buildup to that fight was huge. It ended amazingly in 13 seconds and well done to McGregor.

“I think people would love to see that because a lot of people feel that Aldo could do better in the rematch. And that’s definitely a very winnable fight for Conor.

“Of course we saw what happened the first time, the second time who knows what’s gonna happen? But it’s a very winnable fight.”

Meanwhile, McGregor is considering a new business mission to slow down male pattern baldness.

The UFC star, who is already involved in whiskey and fashion, feels men don’t pay enough attention to their hair health.

And the 31-year-old is contemplating expanding his business empire into products to combat baldness.

He told GQ: “My sister’s a hairdresser and listen to this: she’s just brought out this exfoliating scrub.

“I’m actually of the belief that you can reverse the effects of male pattern baldness if you exfoliate the scalp.

“The hair cannot grow if the scalp is covered. If you’re putting product in your hair or you’re washing it with stupid hotel shower stuff… If the scalp is clogged up, the hair follicles can’t grow. They die.

“Men don’t look after it. They throw anything in it, then eventually they lose it. But if men started looking after that you could catch it before it happens.

“Now, maybe not stopping it all, because you get older. But you can certainly – and I mean certainly, certainly, certainly – slow it down drastically. [This is] something I’m interested in.

“I’m going to start thinking about how I can get my name on that stuff and make it into a business, so we’ll see what happens.”

McGregor also told how his fashion icon has always been football legend David Beckham.

The Crumlin man, who is famed for wearing tailored suits and designer labels, said that he is a “fearless” dresser who “looks good in anything”.

But the 31-year-old has continually taken inspiration from former England captain and fashion enthusiast Beckham.

McGregor told GQ: “For me, the OG of fashion and male style is David Beckham. David Beckham was a pioneer.

“He paved the way for that kind of style. I actually talked to David; he sent me some clothes.

“They’re in my office right now as we speak. At my daughter’s christening, my sister bought a dress from Victoria Beckham’s own line for the event.

“We have to go to David for inspiration, who I’d look up to style-wise, back in the day.

“But, really, my icons in style would be my mother and my father, who inspired me.”

McGregor has become one of the richest sports stars in the world and revealed that he often tries to match his clothes, watch and car – having took advice from his father Tony.

“Sometimes I do it subliminally,” he said about matching his clothes with his luxury cars. “I’ve got a good few cars, so whatever I pick out, I could probably match it to one of the cars.

“But I actually do that with the watches. I have a watch wardrobe – another thing my father taught me about.

“An accomplished man has got to have a watch wardrobe. Often, I’ll pair the clothes to the watch and sometimes I’ll walk out and I’ll match it to the car also.”
