Caroline Flack looks happy and relaxed as she goes rock climbing ahead of trial
Caroline Flack has been enjoying some down time as she prepares for her trial next month.
The former Love Island presenter, 40, was seen laughing and smiling in a video shared by her friend, TV producer Mollie Grosberg, as the duo went rock climbing.
She has just returned to the UK after an extended break in Los Angeles to “clear her head” amid her assault charge.
In the clip she tries to climb the wall before losing her footing and getting scared, saying: “Ooh, I don’t like it!”
Caroline also made sure another one of her pals took plenty of pictures and kept pausing to pose for some.
Dressed in a purple hoodie and black leggings with a matching woolly hat and trainers, Caroline appeared to be in high spirits.
“We r professional climbers #healthiswealth,” Mollie captioned the video, which she shared to Instagram.
In another video posted to Mollie’s account Caroline could be heard laughing and encouraging her friend off camera as she attempted to climb the rock herself.
Caroline is alleged to have assaulted her boyfriend Lewis Burton in an early-morning attack at her North London home in December.
Police officers attending the scene at the time described what they found as something like a scene in a “horror movie”.
Caroline pleaded not guilty when she appeared at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court just before Christmas.
She will face trial in March.
Caroline stepped down from her job hosting Love Island so she could focus on her court case, and she was replaced by pal Laura Whitmore.
However, it’s recently been reported that bosses want her back for the next series.
